Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in the United States. That is the only country at checkout. We do not ship to a post office box.
Fee
United States ground shipping is a flat $9.00 per order. The cart and the checkout show that fee next to the plate price. There is no handling fee and no subscription.
Processing time
After we confirm the crypto payment, we pack the blank plate in 1 to 2 business days. We email a tracking number when the carrier provides one.
Delivery estimate
Ground transit inside the United States is usually 3 to 7 business days after we hand the parcel to the carrier. That range is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Weather and carrier delays sit outside it.
Risk
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the parcel delivered to the address in the order. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the box, email us within 7 days.
