30-day window

You may return an unused, unstamped, unengraved plate for a refund within 30 days after the carrier marks it delivered. The plate must be in the original packaging. There is no restocking fee.

Who pays return shipping

You pay return shipping if you changed your mind and the plate arrived as ordered.

We pay return shipping, or we refund the label you bought, if we sent the wrong item or the plate arrived damaged. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and email photos of the packaging and the blank plate. Do not include a photo of any words.

What we cannot accept

A plate that has been stamped or engraved. Do not ship your recovery words to us.
A return requested more than 30 days after delivery, unless a law where you live requires longer.
A kit with missing punches or a missing hammer, unless that was our packing error.

Refund timing

After we receive the return and accept it, we refund the plate price and, when we are at fault, the original outbound shipping. We send the refund in the same crypto you used to pay, within 10 business days. Network fees on the refund transfer are paid by us. We do not refund the miner fee you paid the network when you bought the plate.

How a return works

Email support@metalphraseguard.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order id. Do not include recovery words.
Pack the unused, unstamped plate in the original packaging.
Ship it to the return address below. You pay return shipping if you changed your mind. We pay if we sent the wrong item or the plate arrived damaged.
After we receive and accept the return, we refund the plate price in the same crypto within 10 business days.
